THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS
APPROVED NOVEMBER 2024
The first Declaration of Restrictions for Three Oaks HOA was filed with the state of Florida in July 1997. Between 1997 and 2015 seven Amendments were approved by the homeowners in special meetings. In 2024 the Board of Directors took on the project of preparing a new and improved Declaration of Restrictions. Input from the homeowners was invited at many points in the process. In November 2024, sufficient votes were cast by homeowners to adopt the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictions contained in this document. These are the rules by which we agree to live. Homeowners are responsible for their guests and tenants abiding by these rules as well.
Additional governing documents include Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation (2024) and Amended and Restated Bylaws (2024). These documents can be found on the Three Oaks web site [www.threeoakshoa.com] under Resident Resources/Rules and Regulations.
